Here's a truly amazing very vintage old school black Harvard Crimson cardigan varsity letter sweater made in Somerville, MA, USA by Jim McCarthy Athletic Equipment. First off, it's a VERY RARE size -- approximately LARGE TALL. It belonged to someone tall and
slim. I'm 6'5", 190 lbs and it fits me perfectly. This relic is a dream. It's in astonishingly great condition. It's been incredibly well cared for over many decades. The thick durable wool is still soft and flexible. The buttons look like a sport balls.
This baby is in great, rare condition. No rips, holes, or stains. Use is VERY light for the age. The colors and graphics are sharp. The bottom button isn't original. A hole was expertly repaired above the left pocket (see last photo). There are two minor snags on
the left pocket (see last photo).
